Giselle has been a successful entrepreneur both internationally and in Canada for over 35 years. She has been recognized by PROFIT Magazine as having the 9th fastest growing company in Canada, has won the Consumer’s Choice Award for Ottawa’s Businesswoman of The Year and was listed by The Globe & Mail as one of the “Top Five Most Promising Young Canadian Entrepreneurs”. 

During her career Giselle has produced business and personal development events all over the world with live audiences up to 25,000 people featuring renowned leaders. Alongside this, Giselle produced and anchored The Science of Maximum Achievement radio show on CFRB in Ottawa where she interviewed best-selling authors, business icons, activists, and thought leaders. 
 
Most notably Giselle produced the now historic 150 meter “world’s fastest man race” between Donovan Bailey (CND) and Michael Johnson (US) – the 1996 Olympic 100m and 200M respective gold medalists and world record holders. With a record-breaking track and field purse of $2 million dollars (USD) and an international TV audience of over 600 million, it is still considered an iconic event in both Canadian and international track and field history. 
 
Giselle went on to found one of her dream projects - the highly acclaimed Power of Women Events brining together world-renowned women from the fields of politics, business, entertainment, and social reform including Gloria Steinem, Mary Tyler-Moore, Lesley Stahl, Maya Angelou, Suzi Orman, Carol Burnett, Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto and Suzanne Somers – to name just a few. The Power of Women was met with international acclaim by audiences, business leaders, and media alike. 
 
Later in her career, Giselle focused her business passion locally to grow a chain of women’s wellness facilities to over $24 million in annual sales before she turned her vision, in 2007, to building cutting-edge medical aesthetic clinics, which she grew to 36 locations throughout Ontario. 

In 2016 Giselle took time off to spend time with her 2 teenaged children, consult and travel North America by motorcycle.
